One way is to cut it into small pieces and then assembly it into larger pieces. Another way is to use a belt sander to make the carbon fiber more smooth. There are also ways to use a heat gun to heat up the carbon fiber and make it more flexible.

After cutting the shape, clean your object and apply the vinyl to it.Then, cut off excess vinyl using your object as a template.

Step 4: Touch-Ups

Use a permanent marker to touch-up any colors that are showing from your original object. Edges are usually and usually need to be touched-up. Look at the pictures for help.

Step 5: Reassembly

Reassemble your object by reversing the steps you took to disassemble it.

Step 6: Results

My results turned out very nice. If you want to even think about attempting this, remember this: DO NOT RUSH!!! The time required for this project varies because of the different shapes, objects, and items that can be wrapped/Carbon Fibered.
