Two weeks ago, after what I thought was much research, I had a Trane XV95 furnace installed. It worked perfectly for the first week - held the temp within +/- 1/2 degree F. Then I noticed it would occasionally blow cool air for an extended period of time while the house temp dropped to 2 or 3 degrees F below the set point.

Problem resolved!
The Trane Canada rep dropped by, and quickly determined that the ventor blower was making WAY too much noise - basically running full-out whenever the furnace was running. Putting a manometer on the pressure switch showed that the open/close set points were way too close.
