Actualy there are 2 plastic pins located in the lower corners of the glove box door/pouch, they have a small arm to pry them out - (this will take the door off) then behind that you will find a cliped on cover/door to the filter some modles you can replace the filter THROUGH the opening others you may need to remove the glove box surround - not all THAT hard a fer more hidden philips screws and you may have to pop of the RT door/carpet sill
