Unofficial foreign national visitors are Not Authorized unescorted access to Fort Hood. All foreign nationals not on official business are required to process at the Visitor’s Center to obtain a pass. They must have a DoD ID cardholder to sponsor them and the sponsor must be present during the registration process.
