The engineer was on time and texted and called before he came. When he came, he showed ID and was very pleasant mannered. He got to the problem quickly (washer dryer not drying clothes) and then broke it down to me in the simplest yet comprehensive way. I was going to look into swapping this machine but since the engineer came, it's been working perfectly. Without him (or the insurance in place) I would have struggled!.

My previous washer lasted ten year with any issues, the new one lasted one month before fusing my house circuits, Waited three days for an engineer, then two more weeks for the spare parts before I could use it again. The engineer was fine and a little embarrassed I had to wait. Tried to call but a 45 min wait, send an email too but no reply.
