Hey, if this is any help. I have exact the same thing and it causes me a pilsinate tinnitus because it pressures on my artery. I also was freaking out but the ultrasound showed it's a post infectious lymph node with a fatty tissue. No further tests needed. It's not movable, hard and painless.
