Why are donors turned away from plasma?
Donating plasma is simple – but the number one reason new donors are turned away is because they forget their IDs. Make sure you bring everything on the list so we can check you in quickly. A valid photo ID. This can include a driver's license, state-issued identification, passport or military ID.
Can you make a second donation if you don't come back?
If you don't come back to make a second donation, your first donation cannot be used to produce these medicines. DON'T FORGET TO SCHEDULE YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT! Remember, only plasma from repeat donors is used to make life-saving plasma-derived medicines.
Do you have to bring a debit card to the donation center?
You do not have to bring your debit card with you to the donation center at each visit. Once you finish donating plasma, your card will be automatically reloaded with that day's donation payment.
