As stated by many, this company has no motivation other than taking your money. Our 4SSR was installed in 1999 and I have tried till I gave up to have the company fix the leaks. The company left the area, no phone, no help. Now the opening windows must be replaced since the cranks are all broken and you cannot order parts.
