No side effects - took pill out night before bed just in case. I get yeast infections offen because I think I have allergies from my husbands semin, for real.

I have used this medication in the past and I am currently. It works wonderfully for me. I usually take one or two doses, a few days apart. I can not use the creams to treat yeast. I am happy I had no side effects because I am very sensitive to most medications. I am prone to anxiety and panic attacks with many medications.

Was given a 5 day course of these for oral thrush. Took the 1st one, next morning severe anxiety, heart racing, tiredness, dizziness. I suffer with anxiety now and again so thought it was just me. Also- advice for those with recurring yeast infections or those who get them every time an antibiotic is taken: TAKE A PROBIOTIC DAILY This will help prevent yeast infections & can safely be taken daily without any drug interactions.

Had to take amoxycilin after surgery, and I got a horrible yeast infection. Went to my gyno afterwards, and she said that particular antibiotic is known to cause yeast infections. So she prescribed 2 doses of Diflucan. First dose made me nauseous, but I thought, "hey, what's a little nausea if it clears this up." Gave me a little relief.
