I played extra to have a packaged delivered today. I had a fedex truck from one location bring a package from an hour away and find my place no problem. Well another driver from a location says he was here same location and left service tag. Well I've been here all day and driver was not here.

Whoever the driver is that delivers to Spruce St in Leominster he should be fired. He does not even ring the person's bell to let them know a package is at the door let alone have a person who is at home sign for the package. Packages can get stolen.
Frustrated Customer
My daughter needed a package delivered prior to leaving the country. Although the package was out for delivery it was going to be late. Therefore I contacted FedEx Customer Service to see if I could drive to the delivery truck and pick up the package that way. I was told that that was not possible.
