Delivery worked, but bad customer support
Customer support not very responsive. Long delivery time (there was a note about this but ambiguously written, so I didn't get that). But I got my glasses without any extra charges or hassel. The pair I bought was refurbished, which meant the price was good and they where as good as new ones.

Customer service non existent. Unreachable when the return of the product was requested. Have sent 5 emails and phoned several times without an acknowledgement of the emails and just get voicemail on the phones. Have emailed both their UK and US "support" addresses.
Really happy with the glasses
Really happy with the glasses. Really quick delivery, considering it came from California. Advised there would be customs charges before ordering, so I was able to look these up on HMRC website and calculate total cost.
You sell a premium product. Start acting like a premium brand!!
If you are ordering from the UK you will be charged £25 for delivery and then have to pay 25% cost of your order at your door, which for me was an £85 kick in the metaphorical nuts. Oh and if you don't accept the package, you can't get a refund! So you just accept you have to pay over £100 for the physical delivery of a £270 product.... Great This has severely tainted my experience with Enchroma and their disregard for the end user. Enchroma, please put a rough calculation of what the real cost of delivery will be so your customers can make well informed choices!.

Generally speaking, the service is direr. We ordered the glasses in 2016, our little one was five then, and the glasses did not come into use until he was six and a half.
