The good thing about working there is everyone is like family And also it is a very flexible job to have. The bad thing is that it has a high turnover rate.
Chill job, terrible pay. Too much strain on my car
It's a pretty laid back job, the work environment was toxic. I never got paid enough. The pay is below minimum wage and the tips are never guaranteed so you're in to get stiffed pretty often. Didn't pay enough for me to pay for gas and maintenance on my car.
Pretty chill job but management and compensation are not great
Overall, it’s decent job. It can be pretty good when it’s very busy, but when it’s slow you will not make great money and will have to work harder on other tasks. Tips are usually pretty solid, but mileage compensation is not adequate and you are paid very poorly for the work you do while you aren’t out on deliveries.

At Dominos you get paid the minimum wage and also make tips, not the tipped wage. Also they pay you back for gas you use during your shift and have a flexible schedule. It is a perfect job and I was friends with all of my coworkers. Not a bad thing to say.
