I had a similar problem. My first thought was that the reservoir was leaking but there were no holes in it. Then I noticed that the fluid hose had come off the hose junction fitting (above the passenger side fender -- hard to reach without taking off the panels) and fluid was siphoning out.

Start with the basics. could be something as simple as the fuse. I have a 03 Tribute so i guess it is the same model as yours! if so. The fuse can be found in the fuse box in the passenger footwell. There is a small inspection plastic cover in the kick panel.

Maybe so, but it is hard to find aftermarket replacement wipers with the right clip setup. I tried! It is actually more cost effective to go to the mazda dealer and replace the wiper blades. I paid 56.00 for both the front replacement blades and the rear one as well, and they installed them while i was completing the transaction!
2006 Malibu maxx front or back washer pumps will not work. pulled both pumps out and made sure both work. I have pulled all fuses, relays out replace them all. Both pumps work off Separate switches
Replacing parts just to replace them wont fix a bad wire or part. Better to use a voltmeter and ohn meter to check if your getting power to the wires. You may have a bad connection or bad switch on the column for the pumps. Without checking the circuits it will behard to tell what it is thats wrong.
