Is your artisan hearth bread gluten-free?

That’s why when we began making artisan hearth bread in 1997, we made each loaf with flour, water, salt and little else. Although our menu has grown since then, we still use honest ingredients to craft everything we serve. Do you offer anything gluten-free on your menu? We cannot guarantee our items to be 100% gluten-free.

What items do you serve that do not contain gluten?
