How to fix a water damaged finsh?
Spray a clean white towel lightly and rub the floor. If there is buidup, that will remove it and he haze will be gone. If the culprit is too much water and cleaning, then the only cure for a water damaged finsh is sanding and refinishing.
How to clean a haze off a floor?
You can clean it with a vinegar mix quarterly to keep the haze down. Avoid using the vinegar mix regularly, since it has a high PH level. Do not use on a oil finished floor.
Does Bona cleaner leave a residue?
Even if you use Bona cleaner daily, it should not leave a residue or build up if used properly. Spray some on a glass tabletop, window or mirror and wipe it until it's dry with a paper towel. Do it again and again. Did it leave a residue?

The only difference is that, the professional is concentrate which means you are going to need to add water at 7:1
Is Bona good on oiled hardwood floors?
Bona works well with all types of wooden floors but I personally recommend using WOCA hardwood floor cleaner if you have oiled wood flooring because Bona is for predominately for urethan finished wood floors.
Does WOCA leave residue?
Noh… I know a lot of people who are cleaning their oiled hardwood floors using WOCA and none have complained about residue.
Does bona make the floor slippery?
No… I have been using Bona for quite some time now and I haven’t had that problem.
Is Bona Polish a hardwood floor cleaner?
Bona Polish is NOT a hardwood floor cleaner. It is a cheap thin finish that you apply to your floors. Over time and repeated use the film gets thicker and it scuffs and scratches easily making the floors look unsightly. The only remedy to restore your floors is to strip the Bona Polish off.
Can you leave vinegar on hardwood floors?
Vinegar. All though vinegar does not leave a residue vinegar is very acidic and todays modern designed hardwood floor finishes can’t stand up to repeated exposures of vinegar applications and thus premature wearing of the finish coating could occur.
