What is it like to work at Caffe Nero?
I have worked for Caffe Nero for a year and a half and it is without a doubt the best decision I ever made. Nero is a fun and friendly place to work and ive never had so much banter while on shift with my colleagues and our customers. I make close to £7 an hour as a shift leader and after my MIT that will go up considerably.
How often do you get a break at Caffe Nero?
Caffe Nero provide 1/2 hour breaks for under 18s every 4 hours and 20 minute breaks every 6 hours for over 18s. These breaks are also provided with free food and drink from the store. I will be shocked If you can tell me any other hospitality establishment that consistently provides this.
Can I top up my Caffe Nero gift card?
Currently Caffe Nero have suspended top up on cards due to our current store closures. We will update this once we receive guidance on when we can safely open our stores for teams and customers. Can I use my O2 vouchers at Caffè Nero?
This includes O2, Nectar, and Perkbox. Please ensure you tell the barista when ordering and always scan the ‘Collect Stamps Only’ barcode in the Caffè Nero app first and then scan the O2 voucher (or similar). Stamps cannot be collected on the paper stamp card when redeeming a voucher.
