He has a 70 Wizard Paragon 616, was using firebird mirror image, but he has very limited use of his left hand now and is relying mainly on mouse disintegrate. I feel like there has to be a much better build he could be using right now considering. We're willing to use completely different gear / build so I put the question out to you guys.

He was kind enough to give me a bunch of gear that makes the game pointless. Not only does my dude look like a total spaz when casting signature spells, I just Ran through the expansion 1 hitting absolutely everything, including bosses. Is doing 72 million thousand damage a mod? Or is this gear you can get at higher levels?
So PS4 just can't keep up with big mobs in higher level rifts, can it? Or is the lag specific to mirror image firebird?
I'm playing on PS4. I'm on GR132 with a mirror image firebird build. At the moment, the leaderboards only consist of energy twister builds having completed 150, so I'm being stubborn and trying to get to 150 with mirror image (I guess I must be a masochist).

I’ve always used icy veins, but today I was checking out the season 23 firebird on icy veins and then checked out maxroll and noticed the builds were a little different. This leads to my question, which website tends to have the best build guides?
Paragon for GR's
I'm fairly new to diablo, I really like the game. I'm in my first season and paragon 1123. Cleared GR112, but 113 is harder than the last, even with almost optimized gear I cant clear 113 (ps4). Is there any calculation about what paragon is good for some gr? Gems are leveled up around LVL 100. Sheet damage is around 2.3M
