How to unlock CVS account?
- Go to myHR.cvs.com and click the Log On and then press Reset Password.
- Press on the Reset Forgot Password link and provide your username.
- Click on Next.
- Enter your SSN and DOB and answer the security questions.
- Go to the Password Reset link and click it. Then enter the new password twice.
