Hello everyone. I'm on IF 20:4 and working out around 1 to 1:30h a day. My normal schedule is from 10AM to 11-11:30AM and my first meal is around 3-3:30PM. Do this have interference with my gains? I've read from a doctor that is what you ate yesterday that is being used from your body, so pre and post workout meals are a myth.
Due to lack of muscle glycogen, should an ideal workout routine use lower reps with more weight?
It seems like my old bodybuilding routine of using high reps and constant muscle tension during lifts is just not ideal. I get fatigued much much quicker. Curious if I should switch to heavier weights and lower reps. Thoughts?
