This is the 3rd time saflite has came out to do the first job it intended to do! they incovienced me so much i lost $375.00 of my livelihood because of there mistakes and then what do they do cant send someone back out till tomorrow and thatll cost me ANOTHER 375.00 if i miss that day of work too! I only get these jobs every now and then so when i loos them i loose ALOT and they still wont accomadate me the right way!! EVERYBODY DO NOT USE SAFELITE AUTO GLASS OF FORT LAUDERDALE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND SEND HOMELESS LOOKING DIRTY PEOPLE TO YOUR HOUSE! and there site says they do all these different things when there done lean up the glass wash your window and clean anything up thatneeds to be cleaned or they caused and they didn do NOT ONE OF THOSE THINGS AND THE FARTHEST FROM PROFESSIONALISM THAT IVE EVER SEEN!!.
Safelite's nowhere, Safelite's disgraced
I would give no stars if I could.#N#Mid July I had a rock hit my window but I couldn't see where it hit. The next day my window began to crack so I called my insurance company and they got me in touch with Safelite. Safelite could not get me an appointment with the local shop for 6 weeks. Okay, no big deal.
Safelight does not stand behind their product
My insurance company recommended Safelight for replacement of my car windshield. First piece of glass had a bad distortion right in the driver side line of view. The tech noticed, agreed it was bad, and had no problem ordering a new windshield.
Complete disaster
Complete disaster! Avoid them at any cost! While replacing my front window, they destroyed the hood of my almost new car. "New window blew up during installation", was their explanation. Now I have to repaint the whole hood. Quick fix turned into a damaged car and lot's of issues to deal now with.
Come on Safelite, get it together!!!
Wow, what has changed with Safelite? Call and can’t talk to a person as “100% of all appointments are online”. Great, my windshield gasket needs replaced. I have no damage but the website won’t let you go forward until you’ve selected replace or repair dings.
Frustrating
They get one star because I never got the chance to speak with a representative. The automated system hung up on me after asking for a representative. If you want simple then don't call and waste your time and your peace on them. You will get frustrated. Will never get my business.
AWFUL
terrible customer service. took forever to get to speak to a person only to then be told despite having an appointment they do not know how to order the glass i need for my care.
Safelite experience
Well, I just got my windshield replaced by Safelite.. totally impressed as this gentleman was so professional and his name was David. He told me it was going to take 45 minutes and we were shaking hands at 40 minutes that the job was complete and done.... it looked great...no messes left behind....
