I started my 2006 chevy cobalt this morning and it idles really rough and my check engine light is blinking on and off. It ran fine the other day when i drove it

Rough idle, flashing CEL, low power would indicate a faulty ignition coil. A armchair diagnosis would be to replace the ignition coil.

codes cant say anything, and they really cant say theres a hose off. codes only tell what the computer is seeing that it doesnt like.

Get it check or check it yourself, sounds as through you have a fuel leak somewhere. If you can smell it chances are great that you can see it as well. Look under the vehicle as well as in the engine compartment, look for wet spots this should indicate were the problems is.
