It got broken 3 months after I bought it and after months asking for a replacement, I am now told that there's no available queen size replacement.

As a Cancer Survivor I have purchased 4 of these now because I like how the zones and controls are set up and the ability to get real heat quick in them. However, The original lasted 2 winter seasons then sections would no longer heat .
