I’ve been doing Capoeira for about 6 months now and I’m obsessed but I find that I keep injuring my joints, specially my ankles. Over the last two months while I ginga which ever food is in the front will occasionally give out on me for a couple moments. I took two weeks off this month but the problem persist.
