Im new to loperamide but am curious as well. There is a journal in recovery\ opiates about a lady who is tapering off of loperamide. From what i can gather its not worth it if you have an addicyive personality. I hear the sickness is hell and that those addicted generally refer to loperamide as toxic.

Some person i know through the chatroulette never took loperamide before. He will take 40 mg omeprazole T-1h and 24 mg loperamide with 100 mg quinine at T+0 today. I hope this person will get in touch with me this evening to report about how it went. This person also uses codeine at 240 mg almost daily (except for 1-2 days a week) for 3 or 4 years.
