I have used this medication in the past and I am currently. It works wonderfully for me. I usually take one or two doses, a few days apart. I can not use the creams to treat yeast. Sounds like quite a few people are allergic to Flucozanole in these reviews. I’m mid treatment and my problem is not getting better (hopefully it does soon) but I have not experienced any adverse side effects.

It's should be active for a week but at the end of a week you can take one more. If you have problems again go see the doctor to be tested to see what you might have.
