Can HDMI audio be split to optical?
I've contacted buyers of the Chinese unit that's on eBay and they have reported that the HDMI audio is successfully split to the optical as 5.1. I've decided to give it a go and see what happens. I'll report back my findings when I've got it setup. The Chinese unit arrived a few days ago.
