My opinion is that there is no acceptable fix for a cracked filter. Does anyone have any methods that they think would provide a good fix? Fiberglass patch to the inside of the filter??? Id watch it carefully....the tank is under pressure. Wouldnt want that to be a safety issue if the epoxy lets go.

Thanks for the info and please post in a while ane let us know how it's holding. Also, there is no safety issue on these tanks. They are filled with water, incompressible, so even being under pressure if the crack lets go there will just be a poof and a stream of water, no blast.
