Months of poor TV quality fixed
Almost a year ago I called Optimum about general lack of quality from the cable channels. We have a 4k TV and the highest premium TV package. But we kept getting pixelation, sound cutting in and out, slow internet speeds at times, errors loading the guide and info screens, and on and on.

I have to reset my internet on average 8 times a day, despite having a direct connection using ethernet. Had their “repair” dude come over and says everything’s fine. It’s honestly laughable.

I have 300 MBPS speeds, and when I perform a speed test on the fire stick, my phone, or laptop my speeds are fine. But if I try to stream on my fire stick using Hulu, YouTube, etc. and I check my wifi app for speeds, they’re horrible. Like 3 MBPS. Which always ends up with me sitting here and buffering.

Long story short, I've wasted 3 hours trying to get smart wifi to work only to be told to use the previous generation router. I am not happy with Optimum, have been a long time customer and I'm kind of over them. Gigabyte is buffering, etc. but I was told to mail a letter, can't do it over the phone anymore. Anyone have it?
