Ga, Fla, and Alabama you can buy syringes with no problem!!! Legal in Texas too. A while ago Congress passed the "dirty needle law" stating that pharmacies could not refuse to sell a needle to someone over-the counter do to the fact that they may be forcing the individual to go use a used one and get diseased.
