Thompson's Water Seal Semi-Transparent Stain makes a similar color but I think it will still need some tweaking. Can I tint it with a very small amount (1:4 or maybe even 1:8) of Minwax oil based liquid stain? I am hoping that since both the Thompsons and the Minwax are oil based, there won't be any issues.
