Kerdi board to drywall dilemma
I'm installing kerdi board into a shower and am finding that the only way to properly square up the corners would be to extend the kerdi board out it's half inch width past the drywall in the rest of the bathroom. You can see it in the second two photos the most clearly. Obviously, I want as clean a transition from shower to drywall as I can get.

I would confer with your tile installer. And why is he not doing this work? Most tile pro's I am familiar with will insist in doing the waterproofing.
