Can I use my cable box in another house?
It doesn't matter where you move it. As long as the MAC and serial number is valid and authorized on the network, then you should be fine. Only if your account or someone else's account is activated. Otherwise, there is no signal when you connect their cable to your box.

Been going on for some months now I have terrible packet loss in some games I can’t seem to stay connected to anything for a long period of time it’s getting very frustrating trying to do anything I’m at a also I thought sense I wired up it woulda help I’m using the default gateway that xfinty gave and I have already went and swapped them and idea on what it is would be helpful thank!!?.
Intermittent Internet connection drop several times a day
I had no issues for a year but now in the past few months it is very difficult to work with Internet connection dropping randomly for a minute or so and then restoring again. I am suspecting either modem (Netgear CM1000 v2) or cable outside. I would think based on logs someone can tell if it is Xfinity part or my modem.
Low-hanging wire: Not a customer
Low-hanging wires - trucks hit them and my head hits the wire in my yard. I’m not a customer. 1-800-COMCAST is not helping. PECO and Verizon both said they are COMCAST. Help!!!!
