This is a rant, but I am so sick and tired of people doing keto acting shocked and disgusted when anyone expresses any level of unhappiness when it comes to doing keto. 100lbs down and feeling better
Hello all, so I am not sure what really to say at the moment other than I am almost 6 months into my weight loss journey. Back in April of 2019 I weighed in at 408lbs, and decided start keto. I ended up dropping 25lbs in a month. Sadly my grandmother passed away and I ended up falling off the wagon.
Metformin - No more!
Today my doctor pulled me off my daily 2000mg dose of metformin. Best news I’ve ever heard and a complete surprise. I thought I was called into an appointment to be chewed out for a raise in LDL. Only 4 months of a keto diet and a A1C that dropped from 6.5 to 5.2.
My appetite is completely gone. Am I doing something wrong?
Edit: So sorry I forgot to mention these but I am female, 5'10 and 224lbs! My goal weight is 140lbs. And I lost 12 pounds since I started. I walk for 1 hour 5 days a week.
