How do you wash your face with Hibiclens?
Generally speaking, use Hibiclens as you would use other liquid soaps with a few minor changes. For general skin cleansing: thoroughly rinse the area to be cleansed with water. Apply the minimum amount of Hibiclens necessary to cover the skin or wound area and wash gently. Rinse thoroughly.
Why cant I use Hibiclens on my face?
Clean your skin with Hibiclens Use enough gel to cover your entire body, about half the bottle. You don't need to scrub your skin, but make sure you clean the area where your surgery will be done. Hibiclens is a strong disinfectant, so do not use it on or near your face, eyes, ears, or head.

Where should you not use Hibiclens?

Chlorhexidine is contraindicated on the face and scalp. Eye protection is recommended for healthcare workers due to the splash risk of chlorhexidine. Chlorhexidine antiseptic solution is highly effective as a surgical scrub and is useful in areas where the risks do not outweigh the benefits.
Can I use Hibiclens on my armpits?
Hibiclens® keeps killing microorganisms even after washing. For my home remedy fans, I recommend using one half lime to cleanse each axilla a few times a week. This anti-septic citrus fruit is strong enough to kill bacteria but mild enough for sensitive axillary skin to tolerate.
Can I use antiseptic skin cleanser on my face?

Does chlorhexidine get rid of acne?
Skin care. There is no evidence that lack of washing is associated with acne, or that frequent washing improves it. Acne patients should wash their skin daily using warm water ± ordinary soap. Antibacterial soaps, which contain agents such as chlorhexidine and triclosan, do not affect P acnes.
Is it OK to use Hibiclens everyday?
