Sorry but I have a fear of stomach cancer. I am diagnosed with erosive gastritis with h pylori positive. I went for endoscopy without symptoms. I already had health anxiety so went for endoscopy as I read something On google. My gi never prescribed me. And there they saw erosions in stomach.
