The best family owned company in California, Possibly the World
I could talk, and have talked for hours about California Mantel & Fireplace. The company interviewed me 4 times before i was hired on with them.I thought this was crazy originally, but having been hired and worked with them for the past five years.
Pros
Family owned and operated, The lunches are not free, but rewarded with hard work. Great people, Good hours, Competitive pay, Health insurance, vacation time, Amazing colleagues.
Horrible management and no help or training go
I have never worked for such an unorganized company in my life. If you need an answer, not even the CEO will give you an answer. Everyone (including management) talks badly, openingly to other employees and they lie about their commission. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM OF A JOB

I loved working here, Amazing boss. Flexible with schedule. Good pay for start. Sweet co-workers. Didn't really like the family owned business. To much drama.
