I found them. Fortunately I had kept the box and was glad to find these BYD blue masks on sale here at Amazon in November this year and after arrival I see they are the same BYD ones in COSTCO. They say' Single Use Mask Surgical' vs 'Single Use General Purpose like at COSTCO but they ARE THE SAME AS THE COSTCO BYD.
