ABOUT

Welcome to SPCC’s helping hand to the local charity Butterfly House! Butterfly House is an abuse advocacy center in Albemarle, focused on helping children recover and heal from trauma. This center provides forensically sound interviews, helps with casework, and helps provide ways to move forward in difficult times.

ALL COLLEGE EXHIBITION

In the fall semester of 2020, a class of five students led by Ansley Adams developed this website in dedication to The Butterfly House Children’s Advocacy Center.

Our Facility

The All-College Art Exhibition is sponsored by Art Club and seeks to raise money for The Butterfly House. All artworks exhibited were completed by students, faculty, or staff of SPCC. Many artists are offering a high-resolution digital download of any image in the exhibition with a donation of $5 or more.

Donate

Our custom facility enables us to serve many children and their families.
