How often should I study the Bible?

TL;DR: Reading the Bible is important and should be done daily if possible. Try to carve out a chunk of time that you think you can devote to scripture and prayer every day. I think one could potentially study the Scriptures without gleaning any spiritual benefit from them.

About These Lesson Plans

Most of these Bible Study Lessons are focused on a particular book of the Bible. However, we do offer some topical studies also which are listed below. We'll add more topical studies as we develop them but they typically take more time to develop.

How Good Question Bible Studies are different

Good Questions Bible Studies that have groups talking are different from most lessons you have seen. Here are a few reasons why.

Question-based rather than lecture-based

Our tag line is, “Good questions have groups talking” and that is the goal of every lesson. Look at one of the sample lessons and you can see this difference right away. Put these lessons into the hands of all your teachers and watch your classes transform from lecture-based groups to discussion-based groups.

Application-driven

Application is not tagged onto the end. We don’t spend an hour talking about the passage in a rather abstract way then tag on a question on the end about application. Application is woven all through the lessons. Application is the point.
