Is the Bible written only for believers?
The Bible has something to say to everyone. The Bible Is Written in Everyday Language. One way that we know the Bible was written for everyone is the language in which it was composed. As recently as about one hundred years ago, we did not possess any Greek writings that were contemporary with the New Testament.
Does the Bible teach believer's baptism/credobaptism?
Acts 16:29-34 29 The jailer called for lights, rushed in and fell trembling before Paul and Silas. 30 He then brought them out and asked, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" 31 They replied, "Believe in the LORD Jesus, and you will be saved-you and your household." 32 Then they spoke the word of the LORD to him and to all the others in his house. 33 At that hour of the night the jailer took them and washed their wounds; then immediately he and all his household were baptized. 34 The jailer brought them into his house and set a meal before them; he was filled with joy because he had come to believe in God-he and his whole household.
Is salvation one of the promise to a believer?
That promise is not one of household salvation but is entirely consistent with every other verse in the Bible that speaks of salvation. It is the promise that if you believe in the Lord Jesus “you will be saved.” Also, salvation came to the jailer’s household as the result of their hearing the Word of God and individually responding in faith: Paul and Silas “spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all the others in his house” (Acts 16:32).
Do you believe the KJV is the only true Bible?
This outline is designed to refute the view that the King James Version (KJV) is the only modern Bible on earth that is 100% accurate and error free. Foremost, we feel that the KJV is an EXCELLENT translation, but not the ONLY excellent translation.

In reading more of scripture though I believe that there is more to this. I believe that God only counts believers in many of these numbers, so here, 'all the assembly' means that all the people who believe in God were in agreement.
