They don't have any furniture. Everything that they sell is on backorder. My order 264724820 has been on backorder for 6 MONTHS (since September 2021). I just called them today and now they are saying it will be another 4 MONTHS (April 2022) and they can't even commit to that date! So it will take 10 months to get part of my order.

Buyer Beware! My husband and I purchased a top of the line bed (mattress and box spring) at Ashley's. The salesperson assured us that if we were not completely satisfied, we could do an exchange. This didn't seem at all unusual. Most bed stores allow exchanges, since you can't really judge a bed until you sleep on it.
Should've Known Better
I understand supply chain issues, but when the delivery date was finally given, they messaged the day of delivery to say furniture was on its way, then messaged later to say it was cancelled. It was the only day someone could be there for delivery. They claimed to have called and said nobody answered. Cell phone revealed no call was made.

We had a very bad and frustrating experience with Ashley Home Furnishings. We placed an order for patio furniture on 7/24/21 from the Spartanburg, SC store. We were not sure that the set we chose would fit in our new sunroom, and were led to believe that it could be returned for another set if it did not.

Wish I never purchased Ashley's from the beginning
waited for months to receive my dining tables and chairs only to receive the table and a few chairs. I received the remainder of the chairs a few months later and it arrived damaged and customer service said it'll be another several weeks to receive the replacement chairs. Absolute worst experience when it comes to quality of customer service.
Does Guardsman sell worthless bags?
Guardsman gets to sell a worthless policy and the customer is left holding the bag, even though the extended “bumper-to-bumper” warranty, specifically includes damage from pets and pet fluids and mentions nothing about manufacturer's defects.
