Base pay is too low. You only make good money with the mandatory overtime. The turnover rate is so high that making incentive is almost impossible considering it’s a production line and incentive is made as a group.

Great company to work for if your motivated and live fast pace work. Teamwork is essential to make money anything less is not acceptable. Work and lifestyle is well balanced.
Great management, pay misleading
I like all the people I work with, management is helpful and supportive, but the pay is misleading. They say $16-20 an hour but then you find out it could be as low as $9/hr if you're team doesn't perform well. Could be $25 on the other hand. Pay depends on your speed and your team of 8-10 people.

It’s a job that pays the bills but felt like just a number there. Favoritism was always there and they could care less if you were on your death bed, you have to go to work or they give you such a hard time. Stayed for 4 years and then moved on
