Who makes Duralast shocks?
Duralast shocks are made by Gabriel, which is more or less equivalent to the same stuff made by Monroe (in my experience). They both make crappy economy shocks for that, as well as OE-equivalent shocks. The drawback of getting them re-labeled is you don't always know which quality line you're getting. Napa does the same shit, re-labeling Monroes.
