There are plenty of ways to use these keto-friendly croutons, but my favorite is over salad greens with a few veggies and either keto Caesar dressing, keto ranch dressing, or creamy balsamic dressing. These healthy croutons are made with my very own keto bread mix.

Of course the most important ingredients for this recipe is the keto bread. I’ve tried all kinds of low carb breads but recently I tried Aldi’s multisided bread and find it’s the best IMO.

How to make keto croutons on the stovetop

You can make croutons by baking them in the oven but I made mine on the stove. I felt this was the easiest way to make them and it takes much less time.

Today I went with a basic garlic and herb flavoring but you can try all kinds of spices and seasonings.
