We had a number of sales people come to the house with quotes for a new door and side window. Apex was the only company with clear prices. No hidden extras discounts that didn't exist. Tim was excellent he gave us the facts we needed and a written quote. No pressure. Do not be put off by the fact there is no show room.

Overall had a very positive experience with Apex - from the initial appointment, no pressure at all, very professional from start to finish. The actual installation process was very professional as well. Very accommodating, and worked efficiently to put in 29 windows and 3 1/2 days.

APEX fitted a new front door and have had to call them back 4 times in less than a year and still have problems with it. A complaint letter to the managing director has gone unanswered, telephone calls are not returned and a request to contact me to resolve the outstanding issues have been ignored.
