A bit of precision for the EXT mod for 2006+ models. The 4.2L SWB have 11.89" rotors. EXT and V8 have 12.79" rotors. To be able to do this mod, you need the caliper brackets from a 2006 EXT or a 2006-2009 V8 and rotors.
