I used Blue Lagoon PebbleTec and had abalone shell added and they didn't charge me anything additional. All they did was take a little bag of the crushed shell and add it as they apply it. I would think that $400 is kind of a rip off, but I don't know.

I was told $150. I asked for these outside of my contract (I was going to pay the extra) and they forgot them. Instead of putting off the Pebble Tec, I just nixed the shells. :- (
