Same issue with CS6 purchased in 2013 now 2020 pop up Not Genuine. Chat line response - too bad for you. Buy a subscription. My response - moving to Affinity and Corel Pro X 2020. This new software verification system is malware, plain and simple. I can see checking to see if the software is "genuine," by their standards. I can even see disabling the software if it isn't, as they threaten to do on the popup after 40 days (though the tricky part comes when they are wrong).
