If you're trying to screen something in your front yard I recommend making the screening shrubs/trees part of a larger planting bed. Otherwise it looks like this pic.

Have you thought of using a 'garden shed' that you can purchase at a home improvement store? You should be able to modify it enough so that it fits around/over the tank without disturbing it. In Florida you might want to stick with aluminum/pvc shed to keep the wet from damaging the material.
