Nice but with some weird smell when on the stove
The pan looks good and cooks well. However, on the bottom there is some yellowish stain that can't be washed away. I have used the pan twice sofar. Every time when I started the stove, I can smell some weird smell like from burning some chemical. I wonder what it is and if thats harmful, and how I can get rid of it and the stain on the bottom.

We bought this pan to replace one just like it that has a PFAS non-stick coating that was scratched. We like the pan a lot and are considering the replacement of other pans with their equivalents of this design to have a matching set.
